jlbd5 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jlbd5 ("jlbd5", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jlbd5 platform accessible at jlbd5.pro, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotional offers, and support services provided thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the jlbd5 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jlbd5's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the jlbd5 platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

Use of the jlbd5 platform is strictly limited to natural persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jlbd5 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending satisfactory verification.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

jlbd5 is designed and operated primarily for players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jlbd5 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your place of residence. jlbd5 does not guarantee that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions and makes no representation to that effect. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law must not use the platform.

1.3 Self-Exclusion Eligibility

Persons who have previously self-excluded from jlbd5 or from any other gambling platform and whose exclusion period is still active are not eligible to create a new account or use the platform in any capacity. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion order will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds. 2.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on jlbd5, you must provide your Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid password of at least eight characters containing both letters and numbers, and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and jlbd5's Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. jlbd5 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) account on jlbd5. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, the same mobile number, the same NID card, the same device, or the same IP address are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlbd5 will close all but the earliest account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across all accounts, and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts pending investigation. Players who believe duplicate accounts have been created without their authorisation must notify [email protected] immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before jlbd5 will process any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a clear photograph of your National ID card (NID) that matches the details provided at registration. jlbd5 may also request additional documentation including proof of address or source-of-funds documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled. Your personal data collected during KYC is handled in accordance with jlbd5's Privacy Policy.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlbd5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. jlbd5 does not accept cash deposits, wire transfers from foreign bank accounts, or payments via cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. jlbd5 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its end; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jlbd5 is not responsible.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal must be made to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the jlbd5 account. jlbd5 does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or to payment methods different from the one used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times during peak periods or system maintenance windows may be longer.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on jlbd5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jlbd5 does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in a foreign currency via an international payment method are not accepted on the platform.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

jlbd5 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. Where such suspicion exists, jlbd5 may freeze the relevant account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Players are reminded that all funds deposited to jlbd5 must originate from legitimate sources owned by the account holder.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses offered by jlbd5, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms set out here and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. Bonuses are available only to eligible players as defined in each promotion and may be limited to one per household, device, or IP address.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. jlbd5 reserves the right to remove bonus funds that remain unwagered after the expiry period stated in the promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jlbd5 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using bonus funds on games that are excluded from wagering contribution; placing offsetting or hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; and any form of collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, jlbd5 will void all bonuses and derived winnings associated with the abuse and may close the account without notice.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbd5 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or jlbd5 staff members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any source other than the player's own legitimately held assets.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or exploit any vulnerability in the jlbd5 platform, its software, or its game content.
• Registering more than one account, using false identity documents, or impersonating another person in any interaction with jlbd5.

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, jlbd5 may permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals, reverse any winnings derived from the prohibited activity, and report the player's details to law enforcement authorities where legally required. jlbd5's determinations in respect of prohibited conduct are final and binding.

6.1 Player Responsibility

jlbd5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. Players acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be regarded as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling activity and must make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings — including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — where they believe their gambling may be becoming a problem.

6.2 Minor Protection

It is a criminal offence for any person under the age of 21 to use jlbd5. If you share a device or internet connection with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that they cannot access your jlbd5 account. jlbd5 strongly recommends that players use device-level parental controls and keep their jlbd5 credentials inaccessible to anyone under the age of 21.

7.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the jlbd5 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, database structures, and promotional materials, is the property of jlbd5 or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any jlbd5 platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

7.2 Limited Licence to Players

jlbd5 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, cache, or store platform content beyond what is automatically cached by your browser during normal use, nor any right to use jlbd5's trademarks or brand assets outside the platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

jlbd5 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or events outside jlbd5's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. jlbd5 will not be liable for any loss, including loss of winnings, resulting from platform unavailability due to these causes.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlbd5 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jlbd5 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or jlbd5 was advised of their possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits jlbd5's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence.

9.1 Suspension by jlbd5

jlbd5 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, misuse of bonuses, technical exploitation, or any other conduct detrimental to the platform or other players. During a suspension, the player may not access their account, place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals. jlbd5 will endeavour to notify the affected player of the reason for suspension as soon as reasonably practicable, where permitted by law.

9.2 Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner, provided that KYC requirements have been satisfied and no investigation is ongoing. Balances held in accounts closed at the player's request will be paid out to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe. Bonuses that have not satisfied their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

jlbd5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the jlbd5 platform with an updated "Last updated" date. Where the amendments are material, jlbd5 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or via an in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with jlbd5's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlbd5 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
